FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: RC CABINETS ACQUIRES SPACEMAKER FURNITURE FACTORY Tempe, AZ, July 7, 2008 --- RC Cabinets, a Tempe-based cabinet supplier for production and custom home builders, announced today the asset acquisition of the SpaceMaker Furniture Factory and its distributorship specializing in space-saving wall bed furniture systems. The SpaceMaker Furniture Factory was established in 1986 and is a leading producer of guest room furniture in the Phoenix metropolitan area. Their mainstay wall beds are stored vertically in fine wood cabinetry and lowered easily into a fully functional bed when needed.
