RC CABINETS ACQUIRES OMNI CABINETS

Scottsdale, AZ (November 21, 2008) RC Cabinets is proud to announce the acquisition of Scottsdale based Omni Cabinets.“The addition of the Omni location in the prestigious Scottsdale Design Center creates a permanent presence in North Scottsdale for RC” remarked Robert Boscamp, President and CEO of the Tempe based company. RC Cabinets is a provider of kitchen and bath cabinets as well as custom built-in furniture, closets, wall beds, garage and outdoor cabinets.

RC Cabinets has served Arizona for more than 20 years providing quality cabinets and installation to homebuilders and homeowners alike. RC is a proud dealer of cabinet lines such as OakCraft, Mid Continent, UltraCraft, Karman, and Danver as well as El Dorado, their own line of custom cabinets. RC Cabinets also offers the Schulte Storage line of closet and garage organization systems.

This is the second acquisition for RC Cabinets this year. The May, 2008 acquisition of SpaceMaker Furniture, a 23 year old Arizona based firm, added a line of high quality, versatile wall beds and other custom built-in furniture products.
